I found a Bilt helmet which was perfect since I am a new rider and don't know how much I will be riding. Staff is friendly and willing to assist but not bothersome while you looking around. Only negative if you want to call it a negative is the store is slightly small and there is a lot of merchandise inside. So it's difficult to really look over all of the items they sell if you really want to see all of what they have to offer. It would be great if the store was larger and all of the helmets were down low so you could handle them to see all of the various features. I will go back to the Schaumburg location for all my future riding needs. "
